Roofing Systems
Metal Roof System
Our metal roof systems are the best way to restore the metal roof on your commercial property. We start by pressure washing and applying Conklin Rust Off to your metal roof. This step ensures that the surface is clean and prepared for the application process and the Rust Off product treats any rust that may be on the metal to prevent farther rusting.

After washing we apply Conklin Encase metal primer to prepare the surface for the next steps in the system. Once the roof is primed, it is ready to be sealed. Conklin Kwik Kaulk is applied to all nail/ screw heads to ensure they do not have a leak point. Then, Conklin's base coat products are applied to all seams, where the seams are reinforced with SpunFlex fabric to make sure the seams are solid. Finally when all seams and leak points are sealed, we apply a Top Coat to the roof to add the final seal to keep your roof from leaking for years to come!
Roof primer is applied to the metal roof to prepare for the rest of the steps of the metal roof system.

Base Coat and SpunFlex fabric are applied to the seams to provide a solid barrier.
In the final step, our Top Coat product provides the final seal to the roof, along with the energy saving properties. Conklin Top Coat products reflect 85% of the suns rays, saving you money on energy costs!
Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) System
Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) protects your roof from water leaks while providing excellent insulation to improve your building’s energy efficiency and reduces energy costs. A spray foam roofing system is extremely lightweight and works great for most commercial roof types, especially flat roofing. If you are looking to waterproof your roof while extending its lifespan and protecting it from the elements, consider the unique benefits of a spray foam roof system.

The first step in the Spray Foam System is to determine whether the existing roof requires a tear off. We utilize core sampling of the existing roof to determine what the current roof is covered in, whether it is old spray foam, shingles, tar, or rolled roofing, it is important to determine it and ensure that it is not wet underneath. If your current roof is holding water from previous roofing installations, it will need a tear off.

After this is determined, the roof will either be torn off or washed and prepared for foam. Once the foam is applied, Base Coat is applied over the foam. This step seals the foam to prevent it from deterioration and protect it from the elements. Finally, after Base Coat is applied the roof is ready for Top Coat. After the Top Coat is applied, the roof is not only insulated from the foam, but the suns rays are also reflected from Top Coat's 85% reflective properties and reinforced with a Class 4 Hail Rating. A Class 4 Hail Rating is the highest level of impact resistance and indicates that under lab testing conditions, a newly coated roof can withstand the impact from a 2-inch ball dropped from 20 feet without splitting or tearing.

We are a young couple from southeast Nebraska who decided to jump head first into the world of entrepreneurship and Commercial Roofing! We are excited to work with you to find a solution to your roofing needs!

Ethan grew up in Bourbon County, Kentucky where he and his family raised Angus cattle. He has worked on a variety of farms, ranches, and construction crews. Along with these endeavors he also has experience in sales and auctioneering.
​Miranda grew up in Richardson County, Nebraska where she and her parents managed a registered Angus cattle herd. Throughout her youth, Miranda showed registered Simmental and Angus cattle and was a member of many national junior cattle associations. In college, she attended Redlands Community College, where she was a member of the judging team and beef show teams and received her Associate's Degree in Animal Science. She then transferred to Peru State College where she finished her degree and received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Science.

In the summer of 2021, Miranda took a temporary job and visited the ranch where Ethan. From there they became inseparable and embarked on a journey together to create their own commercial roofing business. With the help of great mentors, we have been able to dive into an industry that allows us to share our passion for helping business owners safeguard their properties and all of the important individuals and equipment inside them.
